Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests received on or before Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 will receive a complete refund minus an administration fee of $65. Cancellation requests received between May 23rd, 2024 and June 21st, 2024 will receive a refund in the amount of 50% of their registration costs. There will be NO refunds after June 21st, 2024. No Exceptions. To cancel please send an email to [email protected] with your confirmation number, name on registration and reason for cancellation.

Consent to Potential Filming & Release of Damages

As a condition of being allowed to participate in a RVing to Alaska’s Rendevous Rally, I agree to the following:

1. 1. I, for myself, my executors, administrators, agents and assigns do hereby release and forever discharge RVing to Alaska LLC, the event venue and participants from all claims of damages, demands, and any actions whatsoever, including those based on negligence, in any manner arising out of my participation in this activity. I understand that this Release means that, among other things, I am giving up my right to sue for any such losses, damages, injury or costs that I may incur.

1. 1. By attending a Rving to Alaska Rendezvous Rally, I consent to my voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in filming and release RVing to Alaska LLC from any liability of any nature. 

1. 1. I represent and certify that my true age is either 18 years old or, if I am under 18 years old on this date, my parent or legal guardian has read and signed this form. I have read this entire Release, fully understand it, and I agree to be legally bound by it.
