We've designed our event schedule to give you the freedom to decide how busy - or how laid back - you wnat your rally experience to be.
Throughout the day, we offer a variety of activites right here at camp, from workshops to group discussions and more. But we also make sure to leave plenty of open time so you can relax, explore, or enjoy a quiet meal at your RV when we are not gathering for a group meal.

Whether you're jumping into every event or simply sokaing up the scenery from your campsite, there's truly something for everyone.

We’re looking for 10–15 volunteers to join our Setup Crew as we prepare for the start of the rally. If you can arrive a day early and are willing to help with parking, registration, or general setup, we’d love to have your help! Signup at registration. It’s a great way to kick off the week and meet fellow RVers right from the start! 🛠️

Please plan to arrive between the hours of 11am and 4pm. You will be parked as you come in so if you are traveling with other RV's be sure to arrive together to guarantee we can park you together. NO EXCEPTIONS due to the parking process. Check-in at the Party Tent once you are parked and settled.

Bring your chairs and your favorite beverages down to the Party Tent and meet your fellow RV2AK Rally members for our first Happy Hour gathering of the Rally.

Dinner is Served! After a long day of driving who wants to cook dinner! Don't worry we've got you covered! Enjoy a hot meal on us catered by a local food truck.

Let the party continue as we start a campfire and enjoy the live Alaskan country & rock n roll music style of the Jerry Wessling Band as we sing along and dance the night away.

The famous RV2AK Breakfast Potluck. Bring your favorite breakfast dish, a plate and flatware and join your fellow rally members for a breakfast to remember. It is amazing all the wonderful items that our members make for this unusual group meal.

One of the highlights of the RVing to Alaska Rendezvous Rally is learning from those who truly live and explore the North. Our 2026 Speaker Series features a lineup of passionate experts sharing their knowledge, skills, and stories with our community. From capturing Alaska’s beauty through photography, to understanding its unique ecosystems, to practical RV tech tips, and inspiring tales from the Iditarod trail that is saving veteran's lives.

Test your travel smarts at our first ever 'Highway to Knowledge' Trivia hour hosted by Shaun and Ana with Freedom Adrift RV Tech Service! Grab a drink, team up with your fellow Rally-goers and put your Alaska, Canada, and RV travel knowledge to the test.

Put on your Rally Shirt and come down to the Party Tent for our nightly campfire where we will take the official 2026 RV2AK Rally Group Photo at 7:00pm. (If the weather is misbehaving we will try again on Saturday.)

Game night is always a fun night at the Rally. Bring your favorite traveling games to the Party Pavilion be it Ladder Ball, Corn Hole, Molkky, or Left Right Center or whatever it is you play and plan to have a good time sitting around the fire or getting in on the action.

Start your morning the rally way with a hot cup of coffee and good conversation! Join Stacey and Gary for a relaxed Coffee Chat where rally guests can gather, share stories from the road, ask questions about traveling the North, and connect with fellow adventurers. Whether you're planning the next leg of your Alaska journey, curious about road conditions, or just want to swap travel tales, this casual morning meet-up is the perfect way to start the day. Bring your coffee, pull up a chair, and join the conversation. Madison may even drop by to say hello!

A series of focused roundtable discussions designed to spark meaningful dialogue, share real-life experiences, and connect with fellow RVers on topics that matter most to life on the road in Alaska. Each 45–60 minute session will be led by 1–2 experienced facilitators who will help guide the conversation and keep things on track—without the pressure of a formal presentation. These are casual, collaborative spaces where everyone has something to contribute and learn.

Joshua will share how his passion for dog mushing became a pathway to support veterans struggling with the invisible wounds of service. Through hands-on experiences with sled dogs, outdoor adventure, and a strong sense of team and purpose, Outreach 22 is creating life-changing opportunities for veterans to reconnect, rebuild, and move forward. This heartfelt talk shares stories from the trail, the powerful bond between humans and sled dogs, and how the spirit of Alaska’s mushing culture is helping save lives.

Tonight is a themed Hors d'oeuvres Happy Hour. Stay tuned as we work out the details on what to bring to this special happy hour. Just be sure to save room for desert ... because tonight is our famous Alaskan Waddinger Campfire Cookout.

Grab your favorite beverage and unleash your inner artist and take home a one-of-a-kind Alaska-inspired creation! This guided paint class is perfect for all skill levels — no experience needed. We’ll provide the supplies, step-by-step professional instruction, and plenty of good vibes. Just show up ready to relax, laugh, and create something you’ll be proud to hang in your RV or home. Cost: $50 per person Includes all painting supplies, instruction, and your finished artwork to keep as a special Rally souvenir. Register online.

The Rally tradition continues with our famous Alaskan Waddinger Cookout night. With our special Waddinger sticks we help you make an unforgettable dessert ... and trust us when we say making them is half the fun!

Tour and learn more about your fellow Rally Members’ homes on wheels as you stroll through the campground. Many sites will be decked out in festive red, white, and blue for our 4th of July Campsite Decorating Contest, making the walk even more fun! This activity takes 2–3 hours to complete the full circuit, so be sure to put on your walking shoes. (Sign up during check-in if you'd like to show off your RV and campsite.)

Bring your four-legged travel companions and join us for our festive Red, White & Woof Pet Parade! Dress up your pets (and yourself!) in patriotic red, white, and blue and parade through the campground for everyone to enjoy. From wagging tails to creative costumes, this lighthearted event is always a crowd favorite. Prizes will be awarded for some of the most spirited and creative participants. All friendly pets are welcome!

Join us for our final happy hour of the week as we raise a glass to celebrate America’s 250th birthday! Bring your favorite beverage, wear your red, white, and blue, and enjoy good company as we kick off the final farewell festivities together. (Also if needed a second chance to take a Group Picture if the first time was not successful.)

Gather one last time around the campfire before we hit the road where we raffle off our door prizes donated by our generous Event Sponsors and Friends of the Rally.

Before we say our final goodbyes and head out on new adventures, we invite you to join us for a peaceful Sunday Worship Service at camp. This informal, non-denominational gathering will offer a moment of reflection, gratitude, and connection as we close out our time together. All are welcome—come as you are, whether you're looking for spiritual encouragement, a quiet space to reflect, or simply a meaningful way to end a memorable week with new friends.
